For the past week or so I have had this flashing letter or number annoying me in my TL Magna. Any clues as to what it means? I do not have a workshop or owners manual to work it out myself. :-))

Hello, I have a 96 TE and I'm having a problem adjusting the headlights. I am unable to adjust the lights horizontally but I can adjust them vertically.. When I try to move the adjuster nothing happens, I have looked in the manual but there's no information about it.
